We accept returns and exchanges for orders shipped to all countries.

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Non-defective products

You may also request an exchange if you prefer a different size, colour, or replacement item.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new or slightly used condition
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (60 days for orders with VIP Order Protection)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the applicable return window
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse
  • Incorrect orders (e.g., wrong colour or variant ordered)

🚚 Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: By mail
  • Return Label: A free, downloadable and printable return label will be provided
  • Restocking Fees: None – there are no additional fees for returns

💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

📦 Lost, Stolen or Damaged in Transit

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, please contact our support team. Orders that included VIP Order Protection at checkout are covered with a free replacement at no extra cost. Orders without VIP Order Protection will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and we cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund for shipping issues outside our control once the order has left our warehouse.

🛍️ Add-Ons & Upsells

Add-ons purchased with your order, including VIP Order Protection and the Sleeve Replacement Plan, are non-refundable once added to an order. These add-ons may only be refunded if the issue is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong size or colour, or a defective/damaged item. Refund requests for add-ons due to change of mind or order cancellation after dispatch will not be accepted.
