  1. Take the original insole out of your shoe.
  2. Lay it on top of your StrideSole™ and line up the heel.
  3. Trace around the edge, then cut a little at a time.
  4. Place the insole in your shoe and check the fit. Trim a little more if needed.

Always cut slightly outside the line first. You can take more off, but you can't put it back.

Will they fit in my shoes?

Yes. They fit trainers, work shoes, boots, casual shoes, and leather shoes. They work best in shoes with a removable insole. If yours doesn't come out, trim a little extra off so there's still room at the top of the shoe.
